About the event
90 minute group Hill workout, with options for shorter distance/duration of needed. Meet at Chilco Park ready to go at 07:30am!
We will start with a social warm up along the Galloping Goose, leading in to a workout up Chilco Road focusing on hills and anaerobic hill power!
Make sure to bring water & nutrition!
